Irish eyes Beauty is located in Scotts Valley California and has been in business since 1984.Our hair styling services include cutting, coloring, and formal styling. We have extensive experience in Bridal Beauty and offer our services in the salon or on location. Our makeup services include applications and lessons. We offer quality beauty supplies, including hair care products, professional cosmetics, skin care, quality makeup brushes, professional flat irons and hair dryers.

 Deborah Parcel, the original owner of Irish eyes Beauty, is a licensed Cosmetologist with numerous certificates documenting a commitment to continuing education.  The fields of advanced training include certification in hair cutting, hair coloring, skin care, and cosmetics. Deborah has specialized training in areas of paramedical camouflage makeup, theatrical makeup, film and television makeup and photography makeup, as well as experience at fashion shows and bridal shows.

Kim Volock is also a licensed cosmetologist with several years of experience.  Kimmie has demonstrated strong technical skills as well as great client communication abilities. Fashion forward coloring techniques and wedding hair styling are specialties.

Toni Kranich is also a licensed cosmetologist.  Toni has many years of experience and has demonstrated strong cutting and coloring skills. Toni has a great sense of community, being involved with our local schools, volunteering for numerous events and fund raisers.
